Rencher joined the Frankel Cardiovascular Center in December 2021 as the Culture, Well-being and Community Outreach Program Manager. With a background in clinical social work, Rencher brings extensive experience in developing and facilitating diversity, equity and inclusion training as well as establishing programs that support vulnerable communities. In addition to evaluating programmatic activities, Rencher organizes and promotes DEI and ell-being initiatives and provides consultative guidance to internal clients. She also works with the Director of Patient Education and Community Outreach to coordinate community outreach efforts.
