WHY BELONGING IS ESSENTIAL

The likelihood that employees will leave an organization is directly related to several key employee engagement measures. Belonging rates are among the most essential. Workforce retention is critical to Michigan Medicine and essential to the high-quality care we provide across the state of Michigan. Workforce Belonging efforts seek to positively impact the sense of belonging at Michigan Medicine through strategic planning and the promotion of resources and engagement opportunities for the Michigan Medicine community.
