Get Involved with the Immunization & Health Screening Program

CHS Immunization Clinics offer free Flu/Covid vaccines for our at-risk communities. Additionally, our Health Screening Clinics offer blood pressure, cholesterol and A1C (Diabetes) screening for our at-risk communities.

Immunization Clinics

The health professional and clinical student role is to provide efficient and safe administering of the Flu/Covid vaccine for our community clinics. 

Health Screening Clinics 

The health professional and clinical student role is to provide blood pressure, cholesterol and A1C testing and educate participants about chronic disease complications. Participants test that are out of range are referred to their physician. 

*Training prerequisite to be completed before participating in either clinic.

The non-clinical volunteer role for the Flu/Covid vaccine clinics is to hand out vaccine forms for participants and assist participants who might need help in filling out their forms. They also direct participants to an open station.
