Turner Senior Wellness Program Survey

The Turner Senior Wellness Program greatly values your opinions and suggestions! Please fill out this survey to help us plan and improve services in the future. This survey is a little longer than usual because our last survey was in 2017, and we want to get your valuable input. All responses are confidential and will be used to enhance or modify programming. You can take the survey online, print and give it to us, or ask for a copy at the center.

Volunteer & Give
Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers meet monthly with staff of Turner Senior Wellness Program to provide feedback on program experiences, to offer insight and suggestions for future activities and services including fundraising and development.

Volunteers visit older persons virtually through one-on-one phone calls for about one hour every week or two.  Supervision is given by the program coordinator with opportunities for training and connection to other friendly visitor volunteers.  This volunteer opportunity is perfect for someone who would like to make a huge difference in the lives of others and can be done almost 100% remotely.

Volunteers help plan and/or conduct special events or presentations that are sponsored by the Turner Senior Resource Center/Turner Senior Wellness Program, such as health talks, flu clinics, jewelry sales and other special events

Volunteers are needed to serve as front desk greeters; computer trainers and mentors; program assistants; older adult resource and information specialists; and members of the Art Gallery 55+ committee and other ad hoc committees.

Volunteers are needed to serve on various planning committees such as sponsorship, silent auction, marketing and others to assist in planning annual fundraising event.
