Nia Heard-Garris, M.D., is a primary care pediatrician, health services researcher and a Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholar at the University of Michigan. She received her B.S. in Biology from Spelman College and her medical degree from Howard University of College of Medicine. She completed clinical training at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington D.C. in pediatrics and primary care.
