We support segment financial reporting, budgeting and ad-hoc financial analysis.

We support internal and external financial reporting and financial forecasting across various domains, such as the Clinical Enterprise, Medical School, and EVPMA.

Financial Systems

We support the suite of financial applications tools, and reports used for financial reporting, planning, and decision making.

Medical School Finance

We support the Medical School clinical and academic departments, centers, institutes, and executive administration financial planning and reporting.

Real Estate

We support all requests for Michigan Medicine leased space, including lease initiation, negotiation, amendment, extension, enforcement, and administration.

Revenue, Reporting, & Payment Strategies

We support the planning, reporting, and administration of revenue collection from Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Payors.

Managed Care Contracting & Operations

Responsible for the administration of managed care contract agreements between MM and a wide range of healthcare delivery options.
